Responding to COVID-19: Returning to Campus

The following information serves as Ivy Preparatory Academy's guide to re-entry. The information is intended to assist families with understanding the procedures, protocols, and practices Ivy has established as we strive to maintain a safe, clean learning environment in our building during this global pandemic. Additionally, the guide outlines important resources available to all of our scholars and families regardless of their choice of learning.

Our facilities, operations, and instructional teams have thoroughly researched and carefully implemented numerous preventive measures and made many modifications, all designed to protect our scholars and staff. With the safety and wellbeing of our Ivy community at the top of our minds, we encourage all of our families to closely read this guidance.

At the same time, we also strongly advise each of our families to take precautions and do your part at home to keep everyone safe. In your daily lives, remember to wear a mask, socially distance from others, wash your hands frequently, stay home when you or a family member is ill, and, as much as possible, limit contact with those persons outside of your household.

Ivy Prep is committed to constantly and consistently doing all we can to preserve the health of our school family. Ultimately, however, the well-being of our community is as strong as the members who comprise it. We must all be vigilant for the sake of everyone, yet flexible for bumps that may be on the road ahead. We are depending on each other! Let's work together to keep everyone healthy and safe.

Mask Mandate!

Individuals must wear masks/face coverings except when eating, drinking, or during outside time. At least two mask breaks will be provided during the school day.  Remember to arrive with your mask on each day!
